Love your blog, and good on you for baring your 'e-soul'. :) <br />I will follow along with you-I am around the same weight range currently and have just started my own health journey...I will be cheering you on from Ballarat! <br />Instead of scales, why not do a weekly measurement, and keep a diary of your cms lost?
